Flugga Boats have been designed to our specifications by naval architects Ace Marine Ltd to provide a superb working platform for many different industries, including

    • Port authorities
    • Police
    • Local authorities
    • Oil companies
    • Diving support companies
    • Salmon and other fish farmers
    • Water authorities
    • Inshore lifeboats
    • Recreation and leisure
    • Ferry operators
    • Military suppliers

The Flugga Boats design is available in hull sizes of 6m, 7m, 7.5, 8m, 9m and now 10m. The deck is self draining with a 1 ton payload.

The RIB type design is built with full marine grade construction materials and features a sturdy aluminium hull with a buoyant UV-resistant plastic pipe replacing the inflatable RIB collar component, to give a highly durable and low maintenance product. (As the collar is non-pressurised there is no annual pressure testing).

Do these make good pleasure boats? The recreational user benefits by having peace of mind as these boats are designed to rescue craft standards. The tough construction allows exploring and beaching without causing hull problems like cracked gel-coats or worrying about tearing the collar on rocks. The low maintenance materials means more time boating.
